Hey Guys. Here's a card I started a while back that I finally finished. Yay! I couldn't decide what sentiment to use for this card, thus the hold-up. I originally wanted to make this card for Tyler and Hailee's teachers and what better sentiment then a "thank-you" card? Since tomorrow is the last day of school, the timing couldn't be more perfect. I got my inspiration for this card from one of my daughter's favorite books, "The Very Hungry Caterpillar". This is the part of the book where the caterpillar is hungry and eating up all the food. It's my favorite scene, especially when he eats up the junk food! LOL! I also made a small hole in each of the food items, just like in the book! I think it's one of my most creative cards to date! What do you think?
Card Deets: Images by A Muse and SU (lollipop and leaf); sentiment by SU; notecard by A Muse; cardstock by SU; Memento black inkpad; garden green inkpad from SU; Copic markers; white gel pen; punches and dimentionals from SU; twinkle sticker from A Muse; eyelet setter from Making Memories to make holes in "food items".
Adorable! I love that book. Very creative!
